1. Internet: All orders are processed by Sentez and transferred to Company A.
2. Call Center: Call Center collects calls 7 days 24 hours. All orders are transferred to Company A.
3. Customer Relations: Customer Relations respond all customer questions and inquiries. Customers reach to customer relations for issues such as returns, order cancellation, manuals, change, address change and  delivery.
   
   
5. Company A is being informed about all orders and processes.
   
   
6. Comapny A delivers goods to Sentez warehouse.
   
   
7. Several operations is being made after goods arrive to Sentez warehouse:  
1. Invoicing and distant sales contract
1. Distant sales contract between Sentez and customer is being arranged.
2. Invoicing process starts.
2. Sentez delivers goods to the cargo companies.
3. Sentez completes payment process. Usually 3 different types of payments is being made:  
1. Door to door payment
2. Credit Card

8. Upon delivery of the goods customers is having several requests:
